My Practice
A Personal, Evidence-Informed Approach to Women’s Midlife Health
My practice is grounded in integrative and functional medicine, shaped by more than thirty years of experience in women’s health. I focus on identifying the patterns behind symptoms rather than treating each issue in isolation.
When we meet, I look at the full picture — your history, current medications and supplements, lifestyle, and available lab data. I interpret what those findings mean for you and design a care plan that’s practical and sustainable. Each recommendation is specific, measurable, and designed to help you move toward steadier energy, better sleep, and renewed confidence in your body.
If you’re unsure whether this approach is the right fit, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute discovery call. It’s a brief conversation to understand what you’re looking for and to walk you through how this consultation process works. It’s not a medical appointment, but a chance to make sure the support I offer matches your needs.
What I Offer
I work with women through all stages of hormonal transition, addressing areas such as:
Menopausal symptom management (hot flashes, sleep disturbance, mood changes)
Hormone therapy evaluation and adjustment in collaboration with physicians
Energy, metabolism, and thyroid function
Nutrition and gut health
Stress, cognition, and emotional wellbeing
Sexual health and libido
Joint and Musculoskeletal Pain
My approach is individualized and collaborative. Hormones may or may not be part of your plan — my role is to help you find the right balance for your body and life not what Instagram thinks is best.
How the Process Works
Care Program 300€
Includes Scheduling, Intake Form, a 90-minute In-Person Consultation, and a 6-Week Review.
-
When you’re ready to begin, you can book your appointment directly through the Book Now button. You’ll choose a date and time that work for you.
If you’d like to speak briefly before committing to a full consultation, you’re also welcome to schedule a free 15-minute discovery call. This short call is simply to understand what you’re looking for and to answer any questions about how my consultation process works — it’s not a medical appointment, but a chance to make sure the fit feels right.
Please allow enough time before your appointment to complete the Intake Form and 3-Day Food Journal that will be emailed to you after booking. Submitting these 3 days before our consultation gives me the time I need to review everything carefully and come prepared.
-
After you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to your Intake Form and your 3-Day Food Journal.
The Intake Form is comprehensive. It gives me a clear picture of your health history, current diagnoses, symptoms, medications and supplements, and any approaches or recommendations you may have already tried. It’s intentionally detailed and typically takes 45–90 minutes to complete. You can fill it out in several sittings if that’s easier.
If you have recent lab results or notes from other clinicians that feel relevant, you are encouraged to include them, and I may request additional results if they would be helpful for our work together.
To make the best use of our time, submitting both the Intake Form and the Food Journal at least 3 days before our consultation allows me to review everything thoroughly in advance.
My goal is to make your care both personal and structured — so that by the time we meet, we’re already working with real information about your health and habits.
-
Your consultation takes place in person.
During this visit, we will:
Review your Intake Form and health history
Discuss your 3-day Food Journal and any patterns it reveals
Explore your symptoms in the context of hormones, metabolism, sleep, digestion, stress, and daily life
Identify possible underlying causes
Begin shaping a personalized plan that is evidence-based, practical, and realistic for your actual life
After the consultation, you’ll receive a written summary and personalized care plan with clear impressions, recommendations, and next steps.
-
You’ll have several weeks to settle into your care plan and notice how your body responds. During this time, I remain available for brief check-ins or clarifying questions at care@ursulacrane.com, so you feel supported while you’re integrating changes.
Around six weeks after our consultation, we’ll meet again to:
Review what has improved
Identify areas that still feel challenging or unresolved
Adjust your plan based on how your body is responding and what feels sustainable for you
-
Available After the Program: After your Six-Week Review, you may decide you’d like continued guidance as your body and circumstances keep evolving.
If we both feel that further visits would be helpful, we can schedule additional sessions focused on:
Supporting ongoing symptom improvement
Reviewing new lab results or updates from other clinicians
Adjusting your plan as stress, hormones, lifestyle, or health needs shift
Helping you maintain clarity and momentum with realistic, workable strategies
These follow-up sessions are optional, scheduled individually, and billed separately for established clients.
